Payment procedure


After completing the conference form, the participant of the conference receives a view with a summary and the Submit button. After clicking the button, the participant will be redirected to the payment made in two ways:

  • Traditional bank transfer
    The participant receives on the email address provided in conference form an email with the bank details and account number. In the payment title, please provide your name, surname, email address and the article number, if there is no article, just provide your name, surname and email address.
  • Credit/Debit Cart (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
    A link redirecting the payment will be sent to the email address provided in the conference form within 2 working days.

During the form completion the participant's email address will be verified by sending an email containing a verification code.
